  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons Can substitute with other vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • optional Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish Adds color and freshness.

Preparation
  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  2. Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss everything together to coat with the garlic butter.
  5. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the steak is heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

These steak bites are best served right away while they are still hot. Pair with a simple side salad or steamed rice. For easy eating during gatherings, serve them skewered on toothpicks.
