Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) using top and bottom heat.
- Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop or press them through a garlic press.
Dough Mixing
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, almond flour, and chopped garlic. Stir until you have a smooth dough.
- Do not add the fresh herbs just yet.
Shaping
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the dough onto the sheet in a round or oval shape, about 5 mm thick.
Baking
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
Finishing Touch
- Once baked, sprinkle the chopped herbs on top and serve warm.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can also refrigerate them for about a week or freeze for longer storage.
