Ingredients
  

For the Granola Base
  • 2 cups oats Use rolled oats for best texture.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Adjust according to taste.
  • 0.5 cups almond butter Can substitute with any nut butter.
  • 0.25 cups honey Add more for extra sweetness if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Filling
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Regular yogurt can be used, but Greek yogurt holds better.
  • 1 cup fresh berries Use your favorite berries for topping.

Method
 

Preparation of Granola Base
  1. Mix the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla in a bowl until you have a sticky dough.
  2. Adjust with more almond butter or honey if needed.
Forming the Cups
  1. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
  2. Spoon the granola mixture into each cup, pressing it down firmly to form a base.
Adding the Yogurt
  1. Add a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the granola base.
Topping and Freezing
  1. Finish by adding your favorite berries and any extra granola on top.
  2. Place the muffin pan in the freezer for at least 4 hours to let it set.

Notes

For a softer texture, let the cups thaw for a few minutes before eating. Make sure to pack the granola mixture firmly for stability.
