- Adjust with more almond butter or honey if needed.
Forming the Cups
- Line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
- Spoon the granola mixture into each cup, pressing it down firmly to form a base.
Adding the Yogurt
- Add a layer of Greek yogurt on top of the granola base.
Topping and Freezing
- Finish by adding your favorite berries and any extra granola on top.
- Place the muffin pan in the freezer for at least 4 hours to let it set.
Notes
For a softer texture, let the cups thaw for a few minutes before eating. Make sure to pack the granola mixture firmly for stability.
