  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust to taste.
  • Silicone molds or a baking sheet To shape the bites.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey (if using) together until smooth.
  2. Place the mixed berries in silicone molds or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon the Greek yogurt mixture over the berries, ensuring they are covered.
  4. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
  5. Remove from molds or break apart if using a baking sheet and enjoy as a refreshing snack!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Layer between parchment paper to prevent sticking. Experiment with different fruits and yogurt flavors to customize.
