Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is fully blended.
Forming and Freezing
  1. Scoop out the mixture into small portions and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
Storage
  1. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container for longer storage.

Notes
