- Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
Coating
- Dip each frozen banana sandwich into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-covered bites back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and freeze again until firm.
