- Coat the sandwiches in flour, followed by breadcrumbs.
Cooking
- Heat a generous amount of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the butter is bubbling and hot, carefully fry each sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
Serving
- Once cooked, take the sandwiches out and let them drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
