Preparation
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, taking care not to deflate the cream.
Layering
- In a serving dish, start layering your dessert: first a layer of graham cracker crumbs, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries, and then a layer of the cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
Chilling
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy it within a couple of days for the best texture.
