  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with coconut yogurt for dairy-free version
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the orange juice, Greek yogurt, ice, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed. Add more honey if you like it sweeter.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more Greek yogurt or frozen fruit. Customize flavors by adding spinach or banana. Serve fresh for best taste. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
