  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing Feel free to experiment with different dressings.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Croutons (optional, for topping) Keep croutons separate until serving for crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  4. You can serve the salad immediately, or for a cooler option, chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
