Ingredients
  

For the sandwich
  • 2 slices Slices of bread Any type of bread can be used.
  • 2 slices Slices of cheese Use any cheese of your choice, such as cheddar or mozzarella.
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Or use cooking spray for a lighter option.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
  3. Place one slice in the basket of the air fryer with the buttered side facing down.
  4. Layer on your cheese of choice.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, ensuring the buttered side is facing up.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  2. Remove, slice, and serve hot!

Notes

Serve hot and pair with tomato soup, pickles, or a simple garden salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven to regain its crispy texture.
