Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel, and then brush each breast with olive oil.
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano.
Cooking
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, pat the chicken dry before seasoning. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket, and let the chicken rest after cooking for juiciness.
