Notes
Leftover fajitas can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. To reheat, simply warm them in the microwave or on the stovetop until heated through. You can also freeze the cooked mixture for up to 3 months; just thaw it in the refrigerator before reheating.
