Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the drained and rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and let cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for best crunch. Can be re-crisped in the oven if needed. Adjust seasonings to taste.
