  • 1 teaspoon dried dill For ranch flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Adds brightness to the flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the drained and rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and let cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for best crunch. Can be re-crisped in the oven if needed. Adjust seasonings to taste.
