Ingredients

  • 1 package Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 spray Olive oil For spraying
For serving
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce For dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each square of dough and fold over to create a pocket.
  5. Seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Lightly spray the pizza rolls with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Ensure that you seal the edges of the pizza rolls well to prevent the filling from oozing out during cooking. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary for even cooking.
