Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer according to the manufacturer instructions.
- In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and spices.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over each chicken breast.
- Coat the mayonnaise-covered chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly.
Cooking
- Lightly spray the chicken and the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated chicken in the basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness. Don't overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
