Assembly
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas and place a handful of fresh spinach on each.
- Add the sliced chicken and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
Final Cooking
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the wraps.
Serving
- Serve fresh out of the air fryer, cut in half if desired, and enjoy with ranch dressing.
