Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy on the outside, flipping halfway through.
Assembly
  1. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  2. Lay out the whole wheat tortillas and place a handful of fresh spinach on each.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
Final Cooking
  1. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
  2. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the wraps.
Serving
  1. Serve fresh out of the air fryer, cut in half if desired, and enjoy with ranch dressing.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a crispy finish. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even cooking. Experiment with different seasonings or add your favorite vegetables.
