Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil helps achieve crispy exterior
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder adds savory depth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika sweet or smoked, adds warm flavor
  • ½ teaspoon salt to enhance taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper adds hint of spice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch ensures extra crispiness

Method

Preparation
  1. Gently wash the cauliflower under cool water and pat it dry thoroughly with a clean towel to ensure maximum crispiness.
  2. Slice the cauliflower head into even medium-sized florets; make sure they aren’t too small or too large for perfect cooking.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, add the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Toss gently to coat every piece evenly.
  2. Set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and let it heat while you arrange the cauliflower.
  3. Place the seasoned florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. A little overlap is fine, but avoid overcrowding for optimal crispiness.
  4. Air fry for 14-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and cooked to your liking.

Notes

Serve your Crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower with dips like ranch or garlic sauce. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness. Experiment with spices for a personalized kick!
