  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Mix these dry ingredients well.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 3/4 cup of water to the bowl. Stir the mixture until a dough begins to form.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Shape the kneaded dough into a loaf and carefully place it in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook the bread in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until it achieves a beautiful golden brown color and crispy texture.
  2. Once done, allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing.
