Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Mix these dry ingredients well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 3/4 cup of water to the bowl. Stir the mixture until a dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Shape the kneaded dough into a loaf and carefully place it in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Cook the bread in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until it achieves a beautiful golden brown color and crispy texture.
- Once done, allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing.
