Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 piece banana The riper, the better for sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can be substituted with regular yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk (or any milk alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • as needed cubes Ice cubes Adjust based on desired thickness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add ice cubes to achieve your desired thickness and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

Serve in a tall glass. For garnish, sprinkle with cinnamon or add a few coffee beans. Best consumed immediately, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. If it thickens, blend in extra milk before drinking.
