- In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add ice cubes to achieve your desired thickness and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
Serve in a tall glass. For garnish, sprinkle with cinnamon or add a few coffee beans. Best consumed immediately, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. If it thickens, blend in extra milk before drinking.
