- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, key lime juice, banana, avocado, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired thickness is reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Serve chilled in a tall glass. For serving, add a slice of lime or a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top for decoration. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
