  • 1 lb ground beef Use good quality beef for the best flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Don't skip the garlic; it adds wonderful aroma.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a healthier version, add cream just before serving.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle more on top when serving, if desired.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For cooking the beef.
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish Adds a nice touch of color and freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat by adding a splash of milk or cream to revive the sauce's consistency. For added nutrition, mix in vegetables like spinach or bell peppers. For extra flavor, add herbs or a splash of white wine when cooking the beef.
