  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers Crush finely for even coating.
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning For flavoring.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Can substitute with cheddar or mozzarella.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to preference.
Coating
  • cooking spray or oil Cooking spray or oil For greasing the baking sheet.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, Ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat each tender in the cracker mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Lightly spray the tenders with cooking spray or drizzle with a little oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding some garlic powder or paprika to the cracker mixture. For lower-carb, substitute Ritz crackers with finely ground almond flour.
