Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Gently stir in the chocolate chips.

  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
