Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
Glazing and Baking
- In a small bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients (ketchup and brown sugar) and spread it over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For added moisture, consider adding diced bell peppers or mushrooms to the mixture. To make it spicier, include hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
