Preparation
- Slice the bananas thinly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray if desired.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are crispy.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
Store banana chips in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, freeze them after cooling.
