Preparation
  1. Slice the bananas thinly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray if desired.
  5. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices.
  7. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are crispy.
  8. Let them cool before serving.

Store banana chips in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, freeze them after cooling.
