Preparation
- Start by blending the rolled oats until they become powdery.
- If preferred, pre-soak the oats in the non-dairy milk to soften them before blending.
- Add the pitted medjool dates, choice of non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon into the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- If you like your smoothie chilled, pour it into a glass over ice.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Stir or shake before serving.
