  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder
  • 1-2 medjool dates or tbsp maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness according to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (almond, oat, coconut, etc)
Toppings
  • banana, sliced, peanut butter, chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, granola Customize toppings based on preference.

Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. Add the frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, dates or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and non-dairy milk into a blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture is thick, smooth, and creamy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add toppings as desired.
Serving
  1. Serve the smoothie bowl immediately after preparation.
Storage
  1. If you have leftovers, store the smoothie base in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. However, it's best enjoyed fresh.
