Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Mixing
- Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in your favorite chocolate chips (not included in the ingredient list, suggest 2 cups).
Baking
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. For softer cookies, underbake slightly.
