  • 1 piece avocado, diced Add just before serving to keep it fresh.
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lime juice Fresh lime juice is recommended.
  • 1 tsp chili powder Adjust according to your taste.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Preparation
  1. Begin by dicing the grilled chicken and vegetables.
  2. Cook the corn if you haven't done it yet, as fresh corn adds the best flavor.
  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing sour cream, lime juice, and spices in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently.
