  • 8 oz pasta Any type such as penne, rotini, or whole wheat.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Using rotisserie chicken can save prep time.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Optional.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Optional for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, milk, broccoli (if using), salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle cheese on top, and if desired, add breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
