Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Crust
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Toppings of choice (e.g., tomato sauce, additional cheese, vegetables, pepperoni)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the toppings are heated and the cheese is melted.
  4. Slice and enjoy your Chicken Crust Pizza!

Notes

Best served hot and fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. Mix ingredients thoroughly for better binding, and use parchment paper for easier cleanup.
