  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust to taste.

Preparation
  1. Chop the raw carrots and peel the banana.
  2. Place the carrots, banana, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey or maple syrup in a blender.
  3. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes for a thicker texture, if desired.
