Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the unsalted butter in a pot over high heat and cook until it foams, then turns amber and releases a nutty aroma.
  2. Remove the pot from heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted and well mixed.
  3. Add truffle salt or regular salt to taste.
  4. Use a stick blender to achieve a smooth consistency.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and blend again until well combined, creating a silky sauce.
  6. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  7. Transfer to a mason jar or airtight container and refrigerate for later use.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can add herbs like chives or parsley for extra flavor. Thinner sauce can be achieved by adding more beef broth.
