Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine the butterscotch chips and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well to combine.
  4. Stir in the chopped pecans and pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dessert is set.
  2. Allow it to cool slightly before serving, topped with whipped cream.
