- In a blender, combine the blackberries, banana, yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
- Top with additional blackberries, granola, coconut flakes, nuts, or seeds as desired.
- Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Store leftover smoothie mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. Prepare ingredients ahead of time for quick serving, but add toppings fresh.
