- Combine blackberries, lime juice, sugar, and basil in the bottom of a clean highball glass.
- Muddle the ingredients together until the berries have been crushed.
- Add crushed ice halfway up the glass, then pour in the rum and Manischewitz wine, stirring to combine well.
- Top off with seltzer and garnish with a lime wedge.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftover liquid mixture (without seltzer) in the refrigerator for up to a day. Mix seltzer just before serving to retain fizz.
