Ingredients
  

For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Use regular or low-fat mayonnaise.
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh lime juice is recommended.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Skewers
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes You can use shrimp or tofu as alternatives.
  • as needed Skewers (wooden or metal) If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes.
  • as needed Chopped green onions for garnish Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
  2. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, or until fully cooked, turning occasionally.
  3. Brush some of the bang bang sauce on the skewers while grilling.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let them cool down and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat them on the grill or in the microwave before serving again.
