- Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, ripe banana, honey, and milk (or your preferred milk alternative).
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend everything on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a slice of banana if desired.
