Preparation

- Place the feta cheese right in the center of an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and around the dish to keep things nice and moist.
- Crack the eggs into the baking dish, making sure to arrange them around the feta.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over everything according to your taste.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for 20 to 22 minutes, or until the eggs are just set based on how done you like them.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and stir the warm feta with the eggs for a creamy delight. Serve right away with crusty bread or fresh herbs.
Notes
If you have leftovers, let them cool completely and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They can last for up to 3 days.
