Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Thinly slice the apples using a mandoline or a sharp knife for uniform thickness.
- In a bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the apple slices.
- Lay the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1-2 hours, flipping halfway through.
- Once baked, let the chips cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for best quality. Best enjoyed within a week, can last up to two weeks if kept dry.
