  • 10 pieces fresh jalapenos Use fresh jalapenos for the best flavor.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack) You can experiment with different types of cheese.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust the spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapenos for extra heat.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the stuffed jalapenos in the basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the poppers are golden and crispy.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with ranch dressing or guacamole for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer or oven for best results.
