  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts Ensure they are evenly coated with olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For coating the chicken
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Shredded or grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, then dredge them in the parmesan mixture until fully covered.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
Serving
  1. Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for added flavor and color.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
