For the Chicken Marinade
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter Melted
  • 4 cloves whole garlic Peeled
  • 2 tablespoons additional olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix olive oil, lemon zest, paprika, oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let it sit.
  3. In a small pan, roast peeled whole garlic cloves until golden brown.
  4. Melt butter in a small pan and mix it with the roasted garlic to create the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Combine the garlic butter with additional olive oil and set aside.
Cooking
  1. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer and cook until fully cooked and golden-brown.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with sides like mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or salad. Drizzle extra garlic butter on top and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For better flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Customize the seasoning to your liking.
