  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Cheddar, mozzarella, or a combination works best.
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese.
  4. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
Cooking
  1. Place the muffin tin in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  3. Remove and let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot; pair with toast, fresh fruit, or crispy bacon. Experiment with different cheeses, add vegetables, or spice it up with jalapeños or hot sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
