Ingredients
  

For the churros
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the cinnamon sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For serving
  • Chocolate ganache For dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, bring water, sugar, and salt to a boil.
  2. Add all-purpose flour and stir until it forms a dough.
  3. Allow it to cool slightly, then mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Preheat the air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Cooking
  1. Pipe the dough into the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry the churros until golden brown.
  3. Roll the churros in the cinnamon-sugar mixture while they're still warm.
Serving
  1. Serve the churros warm along with a small bowl of chocolate ganache for dipping.
  2. Dust with additional cinnamon sugar if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, refrigerate but note they may lose crispiness.
