Cooking the Chicken
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for five minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
Assembling the Wraps
- Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat.
- Divide the sliced chicken between the tortillas, adding shredded mozzarella and fresh spinach on top.
Rolling and Crisping
- Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
