Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, fresh spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out a tortilla flat and spoon some of the chicken mixture into the center. Roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled wraps in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray the tops of the wraps with olive oil.
Cooking
- Cook in the air fryer for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wraps are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Slice and serve.
Notes
These wraps can be served alone or with dipping sauces like marinara or ranch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to maintain crispiness.
