  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing the chicken
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and brush with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make sure the chicken breasts are of similar size for even cooking. If you like extra crispy chicken, you can increase the cooking time by a few minutes. Marinating the chicken for a few hours before cooking can add even more flavor. For variations, change the seasonings or add grated cheese on top during the last few minutes of cooking.
