Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the bite-sized chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once the chicken is halfway cooked, add the fresh broccoli florets to the basket. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the broccoli is tender.
Serving
- Serve immediately for best taste, optionally drizzling with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave, but for the best texture, use the air fryer.
